How many students can use one code?
Each code has a fixed number of uses, agreed with your college. Every student who redeems it uses one. When all uses are redeemed, the code stops accepting new students. Your college can ask us to add more.
When does the membership end?
Every code has an expiry date. Until then, all students who redeemed it get free access. After it expires, the code can no longer be redeemed and tool unlocks go back to cSure Coins. Validity can be extended on request.
Where do students enter the code?
After logging in, open Recharge cSure Coins and enter it under "Have a Campus Membership code?". The membership activates immediately.
Can a student redeem the same code twice?
No. Each student can redeem a code only once, and only one Campus Membership can be active on an account at a time.
