Career Stump by Intern Stump is a set of AI career tools for students and job seekers: resume ATS checks, a resume builder, technical mock interviews, skill and job-description matching, career diagnosis and planning, and self-introduction practice.
What are cSure Coins?
cSure Coins are Career Stump credits. Each AI tool shows its cSure Coin cost upfront, and you spend cSure Coins only when you unlock a tool. They never expire. New accounts get 10 free cSure Coins.
How do I pay?
Recharge cSure Coins or get a membership securely through Razorpay using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets. You get an email receipt for every payment.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
Coupon codes are applied on the checkout page. Choose a cSure Coin pack or membership, enter the code in the Coupon box on the checkout page and the discount is shown before you pay.
What are Masterclasses?
Live virtual or in-person sessions by industry experts. Enrol with cSure Coins (or free with a membership), join from My Masterclasses when it starts, and download a certificate listing the skills you achieved once it is completed.
What does a membership include?
A membership unlocks every AI tool and masterclass without spending cSure Coins for the whole period, and you get a membership certificate with a Career Stump ID that anyone can check on the Verify Membership page.
My college is a Campus Member. How do I use it?
Create a free account, open Recharge cSure Coins and enter your college's Campus Membership code, or ask your college to add you from their institution portal. The tools then unlock free until your college's membership ends.
Is my data safe?
Your resume and profile are used only to run the tools you choose. Payments are handled by Razorpay, so we never see your card or UPI details. You can delete your account and data at any time from My Profile.
Can I get a refund?
cSure Coin purchases are non-refundable once credited, except for duplicate or failed payments. Please read our Refund Policy for full details or contact us if something went wrong.
